I have a new non-scale victory … okay, I have two of them!

# 1: I have a pair of "skinny" jeans that I put on last night. I pulled them up right over my hips, over my rear end; buttoned them; zipped them; and bam -- they were on! Now that's a victory if I've ever heard of one!

# 2: On Saturday night I went to a party at a friend's house. Lots of people were there who have not seen me for weeks and some who haven't seen me since the 4th of July. All of them complimented me on how good I looked, and some even called me skinny! Now THAT was a fun party! Thanks, South Beach Diet!

Hey, everyone! I've completed one week on the South Beach Diet and for the most part, my sugar cravings are gone. The key for me is preparation. I'm inspired to get in shape so I can feel great about myself.
