I am sitting here, wondering where the year has gone. At least I know where the 40 pounds I lost on the South Beach DietSouth Beach Diet have gone… far, far away! I was actually feeling a little depressed over the weekend, and then I started looking at pictures of myself from last summer and, oh my gosh! My arms alone have gone down almost 4 inches.
