I've been reading the stories about everyone who lost so much weight,
but this program isn't just for those who need to lose 20+ pounds.
It's for everyone who wants to reach for a more healthy energetic
life. The fringe benefits are looking and feeling good.

When I started 6 weeks ago I was a dreaded "skinny fat" person.
I weighed in at 108 lbs, but I was a whopping 24% body fat.
I started the program not to lose weight, but to take control of
some poor lifestyle habits that were beginning to catch up with me.

All I can say is, WOW! This is good stuff. I am now 100 lb with
13% body fat. At first the weight loss made me nervous because I
didn't want to lose weight, but the skin fold measures kept saying
lean mass was up and fat wt was down...so I kept up.

My goal is to gain 10 more lb of muscle. I feel great. I'm in the
best shape I've been in since I was a teen. Tomorrow is my 40th birthday.
Anyone can do this with the right motivation. If you have children,
and you can't find it anywhere else, let them be your motivation.
It is your responsibility to model a lifestyle of healthy eating and
fitness for them.
