What can I do to grow taller

Q: What can I do to grow taller, I am 14 years old.

A: Here are several things to do, my three sons were growing rather slowly and it helped them all.

1. Get enough protein with foods like fish, chicken, eggs, beef, etc.

2. Get enough green leafy vegetables like salads, parsley, dill, etc.

3. If you can, eat berries like blueberries and cranberries every day.

4. Have your yogurt every day, unsweetened is better for you.

5. Don't eat junk food and any foods containing sugar and white flour: pastas, candies, etc.

6. Get a bar set up high enough to hang gripping at it and not touching the floor with your feet. Do it as often as you can.

7. Swim!!! Learn how to stretch your entire body with every stroke in the water.

8. Learn to jump high as if you reaching for a basketball hoop, jump as often as you can, everywhere.
